Registration, advising, and enrollment — your academic life
When you begin with us, you will notice a few things that make us different from the others. The first is the one-stop registration, advising and enrollment session. In this one-time session, you will be registered, advised and enrolled for classes for your entire program. Yes, that’s right. You will receive your entire schedule for your entire program in one sitting. The programs are designed with your desire to complete your degree in 18* months. At the end of this one-time session, you walk away with an academic plan for your entire degree.
The steps to enrolling in V3 College are simple. We’ve purposely made it easy and simple. Nothing can happen unless you apply. Once you have applied and have been evaluated and accepted, in your acceptance letter, you will be assigned to a mentor. That mentor will walk you through the registration, advisement and enrollment. If you will, it is a one-stop enrollment.
You will notice that we have eliminated the lines, cards, photo IDs and that other time-consuming and extraneous stuff. At V3, we like simplicity. Your selected degree program will have a specific set of courses that will give you the best education we can provide. Our published content experts, experienced teachers and a purpose to engage you no matter your learning style will make this possible. Granted, there is little flexibility with the courses. However, this lack of flexibility provides you with the opportunity to graduate in approximately 18* months, depending on your program. There are some programs that require the student to take more time, due to the uniqueness of the degree program.
You will register, be advised and enroll for courses for V3 College through the student portal. Once you are accepted, your mentor will help you get your password and user ID for the student portal. That same mentor will work with you to get you familiar with the portal process and will also be available via email, telephone and even chat, should you have any questions.
The system we have is designed and created with you in mind. It takes advantage of the way you utilize the internet. Think of the portal as a local area network. You will have access to everything associated with your educational and social experience at V3 College. If there are things that we are not doing, go to our student-driven wiki to provide us a heads-up or find other students that have found solutions to the issue you are trying to work through. You can also contact us by email or telephone and we will do our very best to solve the problem within 24 hours. After all, your success is our success!
